Could one £16.99-a-month bundle replace the separate wellness apps you pay for? VYVE Health, at vyvehealth.co.uk, says it covers a lot. Every VYVE detail below is VYVE's own claim.
This is an explainer, not a review. The honest answer is that it depends on what you actually use.
Quick Overview
- VYVE says it costs £16.99 a month after 30 free days (checked 18 October 2026).
- VYVE says it covers Mind, Body and Connect, with a personal plan, an AI Coach and live sessions.
- The competitor prices here are an illustration only, because the services do different jobs.
- We could not confirm VYVE's content, AI Coach, privacy handling or cancelling.
- VYVE describes itself as a wellness platform, not a medical service.
- A short checklist and NHS basics close the article.

What VYVE says it includes
A personal plan and live sessions
VYVE says it includes a personal plan across Mind, Body and Connect, an AI Coach, live expert sessions with a replay library, challenges, community events and rewards. Treat the list as a checklist and tick the items you currently pay for elsewhere:
- A personal plan across Mind, Body and Connect
- An AI Coach
- Live expert sessions plus a replay library
- Challenges, community events and rewards

Breadth of content
VYVE says it covers 14 specialist areas, with 60+ podcast conversations and expert partners ranging from sleep and nutrition to CBT, yoga and financial wellbeing.
That tells you about breadth, not depth. We have not used any of the content, so this is not a claim that it matches or beats a specialist app.
Health data and Give Back
VYVE says it works with Apple Health and Android Health Connect. It also describes a Give Back feature: every 30 activities you log funds a free month of membership for someone in need.
That is a feature description only. It says nothing either way about value for money.
What VYVE says it is
The UK App Store listing, from provider VYVE Health CIC, calls VYVE a wellness platform, not a medical service. The listing describes five pillars: Physical, Mental, Nutrition, Education and Purpose. The VYVE site groups its features as Mind, Body and Connect.
For anything medical, speak to a GP or an NHS service rather than an app.
VYVE's price, trial and its 'worth over £100' claim
Price and terms
VYVE says the first 30 days are free, then £16.99 a month, which it describes as about 56p a day. We checked this on 18 October 2026. Prices can change, so confirm on the VYVE site before signing up.
VYVE also says you pay nothing if you cancel within 30 days and that there is no contract. We cannot say how easy cancelling is. Put the trial end date in your diary on day one.
The 'worth over £100' claim
VYVE says its plan is worth over £100 a month if you bought each part separately. That is marketing wording, and we could not verify it.
So we have built no saving on it, and you should not either. The figures you can actually check are what you pay today and the prices on each provider's own page.
UK headline prices for single-purpose services (checked 18 October 2026)
Apple Fitness+
Apple UK lists £9.99 a month or £79.99 a year after a one-month free trial for new subscribers. Trial lengths can vary, so rely on the offer on Apple's page. Prices can change, so confirm there before you decide.
Fitbit Premium
Which? lists £7.99 a month or £79.99 a year, and says you are charged through auto-renew if you do not cancel after the free trial. It is tied to a Fitbit or Pixel Watch ecosystem, so it is a different product type from VYVE. Confirm on Fitbit's page.
Headspace
Sources conflict. Which? lists £9.99 a month or £49.99 a year, while a Groupon UK page headed October 2026 quotes £12.99 monthly or £69.99 annually. Treat it as a range and check Headspace's own page.
Calm (optional comparison)
Which? says Calm offers a free seven-day trial, then an annual plan at £49.99, and that annual is the only option. That article is about 277 days old, so this may not be the live price. Confirm on Calm's page.
If you are weighing Headspace or Calm specifically, dedicated meditation apps are compared in a separate guide.
Why adding up the prices only goes so far
The illustration
Say, purely as an illustration, you paid monthly for three services: Apple Fitness+ at £9.99, Fitbit Premium at £7.99 and Headspace at £9.99 to £12.99.
On those headline prices, checked on 18 October 2026, that is £27.97 to £30.97 a month. VYVE says £16.99 after the trial.
This is arithmetic, not a saving. It only holds if you would genuinely stop using all three, which is exactly what you need to test. Confirm each price on the provider's page.
What the sum misses
The services do different jobs. Fitbit Premium is tied to a device ecosystem. Annual plans can work out cheaper per month than monthly ones, and trial lengths differ. VYVE's claimed content depth is unconfirmed.
So we do not say VYVE replaces any named service. It depends on what you actually use, and the checklist below is how to find out.
What we could not confirm
Content quality
We have not used any VYVE content. Its breadth claim, 14 areas and 60+ podcast conversations, says nothing about how good any of it is. Judge that during the free trial against what you use now.
The AI Coach
The AI Coach is on VYVE's feature list, and that is all we can say. We have not tried it, so we make no claim about how accurate or useful it is.
Privacy and health data
We cannot say how VYVE handles data. Read its privacy information before you connect anything, and look at the permissions it asks for on Apple Health or Health Connect.
Share only what you are comfortable sharing, and know how to switch the connection off.

Cancelling
VYVE's terms say no contract, but we have not tried the process. Find out where and how to cancel before you start, not on the last day of the trial.
The basics no subscription is needed for

The NHS activity guideline
The NHS says adults aged 19 to 64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous activity, spread over 4 to 5 days or every day. It also says to do strengthening activities on at least 2 days a week.
These are NHS guidelines, not something an app delivers.
The NHS 5 steps
The NHS says trying these 5 steps could help you feel more positive: connect with other people, be physically active, learn new skills, give to others, and pay attention to the present moment. None of them needs a subscription.
Desk days and free content
NHS inform says long periods without moving can, where possible, be broken up with light activity. Free mindfulness and meditation content also exists, so check what you already have before paying for more.
A calm checklist before you start the trial
List what you pay for
Write down each paid wellness service you used in the last month and the one job it does. Bank statements and your app store subscription pages will show them. A full bank-statement method is covered separately.
Apply the one-minute rule
Count a service as replaceable only if you would genuinely stop paying for it and that job appears in VYVE's own feature list. If you cannot name a job VYVE covers, treat it as an addition, not a replacement.
Then compare the monthly headline prices you would drop with VYVE's £16.99 after the trial, and confirm each on the provider's page.
Diarise the trial end
VYVE says the first 30 days are free. Note the date it ends and set a reminder a few days earlier.

Check cancelling and data
Before signing up, find out how to cancel and what happens to your data afterwards.
Keep it in proportion
Compare any app with the NHS basics above. An app can be a support, but it is not a substitute for moving and taking breaks.
FAQ
What does VYVE cost after the free trial?
VYVE says £16.99 a month after 30 free days, which it describes as about 56p a day. We checked this on 18 October 2026. Prices can change, so confirm on the VYVE site before you start.
Is VYVE a medical service?
No. The UK App Store listing, from VYVE Health CIC, says it is a wellness platform, not a medical service. For medical concerns, speak to a GP or an NHS service.
Can VYVE replace Headspace, Apple Fitness+ or Fitbit Premium?
We cannot say. These services do different jobs. It depends on what you actually use, which the checklist above helps you work out.
Has MyHotips tested VYVE?
No. Everything here comes from VYVE's own UK site and its UK App Store listing, plus the dated price sources named in the article. We have not used the app.
Can I cancel at any time?
VYVE says there is no contract and that you pay nothing if you cancel within 30 days. We cannot say how the cancellation process works, so check it before you start.
Verdict
VYVE may suit someone whose subscriptions genuinely overlap with the Mind, Body and Connect features it lists. For anyone else it is an extra monthly cost.
The biggest reservation is how much is unconfirmed: the content, the AI Coach, privacy and cancelling, with no independent UK review found. Next step: do the checklist, diarise the trial end date and confirm prices on the providers' pages.
